We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing software test plans to identify defects and determine root causes. The engineer will review software documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness, while proactively mitigating risks throughout the testing lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain software test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and issues.
Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve problems.
Review software requirements and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure testing processes align with quality standards and compliance requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Support testing across multiple platforms, including mobile and web applications.
Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT software quality assurance or testing.
Must be willing to travel throughout the U.S. as required for temporary client assignments.
